Pele Project

ClancyWorks Dance Company is back on the island of Hawai’i continuing the next phase of the Pele Project.

Description:

As part of our Challenge America grant from the NEA (National Endowment for the Arts), ClancyWorks is heading back to Hilo, Hawaii. As you know, this is part of a larger project begun in 2020. It extends our work with both Hawai’i and Maryland high school students and is projected to continue into 2026. We are currently making arrangements for our residency in late October, in partnership with professors at the University of Hilo.

Contact us if you’re in Hawai’i I and would like to add a master’s class to our residency or participate in a local classes.
