Fernando Silva | Technical and Production Director

Fernando serves as Technical and Production Director managing our company’s specialized needs in support of programs, productions, communications, and IT requirements. He has been an integral part of ClancyWorks since the Company’s founding back in 2001. Until October of 2020, he had been donating his services in support of marketing, IT support, videography, video editing, sound design, set design, set construction, costume design, and overall theater technical advice. For 24 years, he has also served active board member in many capacities.

Currently, Fernando is overseeing our Archival Project — an online repository integrating our website with an external depository utilizing a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) to preserve our history and programs for the public and Maryland’s educational community. Working with Chroma Diverse and Evolving Communications he has managed the conversion, transcription and attribution of our analog and digital collections for this online resource.
